The brief of this project was to provide a new luxury holiday park club house complete with restaurant and spa complex.
Services provided included;
Mechanical & Electrical Design
Site supervision
Financial Management
The Mechanical design within the Clubhouse included a new LPHW heating system with supplementary CHP unit, domestic hot water services and mechanical supply and extract ventilation throughout.
The building also has equipped air conditioning to ensure comfort levels are maintained throughout the year.
The electrical installation includes high efficiency lighting and controls, security and alarm systems. A comprehenshive sound and videon system is installed through-out.
