This new build project delievered a new primary school. The new building was designed to achieve a BREEAM rating of excellent, with high emphasis on health and well being.

The M & E design included high efficiency gas condensing boilers and supply and extract ventilation. A BMS system is used to provide further energy savings. A comprehensive fire sprinkler system is installed.

The electrical installation includes high efficiency lighting and controls, security and alarm systems. A comprehensive sound and video system is installed through-out.
