Kensington Court is a £7.5million extra care facility situated in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire. The facility is a purpose built complex comprising of 16 two bedroom self contained apartments, 24 one bedroom self contained apartments, 8 two bedroom disabled adapted apartments and communal facilities and IT Services. The extra care housing scheme was developed by Pembrokeshire Housing Association in accordance with the both the Welsh Assembly's and Pembrokeshire County Councils strategies for Older Persons.

Bullock Consulting were appointed as  M & E design Consultants  for the project.  Other duties included carrying out the BREEAM calculations to achieve  a "very good" standard and carrying out the Building Regulation energy calculations.

The M&E design incorporatedrenewable energy technologies that included 2 CHP units and 30m2 of solar hot water panels.  Low energy lighting and controls were also incorporated into the design.
