BREEAM (Building Research Establishment's Environmental Assessment Method) assesses the environmental performance of commercial and industrial buildings.
Bullock Consulting engineers are BREEAM trained and are very experienced in designing and achieving BREEAM ratings (usually excellent) in all public and health care buildings and we carry out the specialist reports that form part of the assessment.
The M&E systems, thermal elements and the building form have a significant impact on the amount of credits that could be achieved under the "Energy" and "Health & Well Being" chapters, which are important credits in any BREEAM rated building.
