The Project involved the refurbishment of the exisiting Victorian CP School building and the consruction of a new Early years classroom wing extension that linked into the exisiting school.
Services provided included;
M & E Design
Site supervision
Financial management
The development was split into three phases to ensure the operation of the school could be maintained throughout the duration of the project.
The M&E design included high efficiency gas fired boiler plant, underfloor heating in the proposed extension and low surface temperature radiators in the exisiting school. Solar hot water panels provided a pre-heat for the domestic hot water, a fire sprinkler was installed and the school kitch was refurbished.
The electrical installation included high efficiency lighting with full daylight controls and a 50kw solar PV array.
