The brief of this project was to refurbish the existing boiler room with new boiler plant to replace the existing temporary external boiler room. The project also included the replacement of the LPHW boiler plant in one of the separate teaching units adjacent to the main school.
Services provided included;
The Mechanical design within the boiler room included new high efficiency gas condensing boiler plant and associated equipment. The boiler room was fitted with a new BMS system to provide further energy savings.
Upon completion of the installation the external boiler room was disconnected and removed from site.
