Bullock Consulting were the Mechanical designers on the new £3.5m stores building at the Valero Oil Refinery. The project consisted of a 3250m2 building and external storage areas that houses all the maintenance spares for the refinery.

The Mechanical design provided an energy efficient design solution utilising highly efficient gas condensing boilers serving LPHW radiant panel heaters. Ancillary areas were heated via radiators .

Bullock Consulting also provided all the specialist building regulation energy efficiency SBEM calculations.
