The brief of this project was to refurbish the Block 4 Boiler Room
with new boiler plant.
Services provided included;
•Mechanical Design
•CDM 2015 co-ordination
•Site supervision
•Financial management
The Mechanical design within the boiler room included new high efficiency, fully condensing gas boiler plant and associated equipment and a refurbishment to the BMS system to provide further energy savings.
