The brief of this project was to deliver a new boiler room to the sheltered housing scheme.

Services provided included;

•Mechanical Design

•CDM 2015 co-ordination

•Site supervision

•Financial management

The Mechanical design included a CHP unit, high efficiency gas condensing boilers and new domestic hot water services. The BMS system was refurbished to provide further energy savings.
